Welcome to international Saturday hike in Bærumsmarka.

On this Saturday trip we will hike from valley to valley – from Lommedalen to Sørkedalen and pass huts (Vensås sæter) and lakes (Hvitsteinvann, Triungsvann and Abbortjern) in nice nature and sceneries in the backyard of Asker, Bærum and Oslo.

Do you want to hike in an open and including outdoor/hiking community? Join International hikes in Asker DNT - it's free of charge and everyone's welcome (but limited places on this trip because of bus transportation).

Where: Asker station / Espresso House.  The whole group will take bus to Lommedalen and will be picked up in Sørkedalen and driven back to Asker Stasjon.

When: Saturday 20 June, 09:00 – 17:00/ 17:30.

Gear: As a minimum, bring something to drink and eat for the whole trip and clothing according to the weather, as well as appropriate footwear. Most of the hike will be on gravel roads.

Description: Pick up and bus transportation from and to Asker station

You can expect to:

1. Meet with other hikers, from Noway and other parts of the world, and practice your Norwegian language skills
2. Get to know the district better, and where to go hiking 
3. Learn about hiking and outdoor life in Norway, and how DNT (Den Norske Turistforening) promotes and facilitates basic nature adventure 
4. Enjoy the nature and the company of people wanting to learn more about basic and advanced outdoor activities

På denne lørdagsturen går vi fra dal til dal – fra Lommedalen til Sørkedalen – og passerer både seter (Vensås sæter) og vann (Hvitsteinvann, Triungsvann og Abbortjern) i vakker natur i «bakgården» til Asker, Bærum og Oslo.

Vil du gå tur i et åpent og inkluderende friluftsmiljø? Bli med på internasjonale turer i Asker DNT – det er gratis, krever ingen påmelding, og alle er velkomne.

Hvor: Asker stasjon / Espresso House. Hele gruppen tar buss til Lommedalen, og blir hentet i Sørkedalen og kjørt tilbake til Asker stasjon.

Når: Lørdag 20. juni, kl. 09:00 – 17:00/17:30.

Utstyr: Ta med nok å drikke og spise for hele turen, samt klær etter værforholdene og egnet fottøy. Mesteparten av turen går på grusveier.

Beskrivelse: Oppmøte, henting og busstransport til og fra start fra Asker stasjon.

På internasjonale turer får du:

1. Møte hyggelige folk og snakke norsk.
2. Bli kjent med turmuligheter i distriktet.
3. Lære om friluftsliv i Norge.
4. Møte mennesker fra andre land og Norge.
5. Fine naturopplevelser.

Turene er gratis og åpne for alle som melder seg på (begrenset plasser som følge av busstransport). 

Turprosjektet er et samarbeid mellom Asker Kommune og DNT Asker Turlag.
